Brian Shinall, CCIM
Brian currently serves on several local, regional and state real estate boards. He is a past president and active member of Southwest AMBUCS and also serves on the board of Emi's Color Shoot, an annual fundraiser for the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
Kathleen is a southeastern Colorado native, but now calls the Texas Panhandle home. She earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Economics from West Texas A&M University. Kathleen, who is married with two girls, enjoys gardening, fishing, camping and cooking.
Laura Darnall’s job duties include sales/leasing and commercial property management at Shinall Group. Before joining Shinall Group, she worked as a project manager for a commercial/residential builder, a leasing agent, and in franchisee development for major restaurant chains.
Laura, who is originally from Logan, New Mexico, is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. After working in Fort Worth for five years, she fell in love with the small-town feel and friendly people of Amarillo, and moved back to the area in 2007.Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Kimberly Herbert is the Operations Manager at Shinall Group. She is very detail-oriented and dedicated to her work. Kimberly’s duties range from managing new employees and handling payroll to liaising with accountants/lawyers and organizing events. Before joining Shinall Group, Kimberly was the proprietor and consultant for The Ground Café. She has extensive experience in financial planning, marketing and strategic planning.
Cody C. Campbell
Cody C. Campbell is a partner and cofounder of Shinall Group, cofounder of Double Eagle Development, LLC, and co-CEO of Double Eagle Energy Holdings, LLC. He graduated with honors from Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance and a Master of Science in Finance. While at Texas Tech, he and John Sellers established a successful commercial real estate development firm. Cody serves on the Advisory Council for the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
John A. Sellers
John A. Sellers is a partner and cofounder of Shinall Group, cofounder of Double Eagle Development, LLC, and co-CEO of Double Eagle Energy Holdings, LLC. He studied economics at Texas Tech University, where he formed a successful commercial real estate development firm with Cody Campbell. Sellers is also involved with his family’s cattle business, which has been in operation for four generations.

Brian’s career in real estate portfolio management expands across several areas, including commercial development, farm/ranch, retail, agricultural exemptions, ad valorem tax protest, investment strategy, design and more.
Brian has served and held high-level positions on several state, regional and local real estate boards. He is currently a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, a past member of Texas Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, and a past board member and secretary of the Potter County Appraisal Review Board. Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
